- Page 2 WHAT IS IN THE KIT? In this kit you will find all the laser cut pieced needed to assemble this product. The pieces are still intact in the sheets as they were cut to ensure that all the parts are there.
- Page 3 FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF Have a look at a photo of the finished product. Now have a look at the next diagram where all the laser cut parts are shown and numbered from A to J. Next, we will identify which is which and where they fit in.
- Page 4 The structure consists of four walls, the front wall (A), the rear wall (D) and two side walls (B) and (C). All the walls fit into the floor (F). There is a roof (G) that sits on the side and rear walls. There is a serving counter (I) and a canopy (H) that fits into the front wall (A).
- Page 5 Our laser cut parts are specifically cut to very fine tolerances to ensure a snug fit and therefore it is wise to check all fits before gluing parts together. You may need to trim a lug here and there to make assembly easier. PAINTING YOUR PRODUCT We would strongly advise you to finish the product with paint or wood stain to make them as appealing as possible.
- Page 6 Then the nubs of the serving counter (I) and the canopy (H) can be glued into the slots in the front wall (A), below and above the window. Lastly the free-standing advertising pole can be assembled by gluing the parts (E) and (J) together in such a way that both nubs point downwards.
