- Page 2 WHAT IS IN THE KIT? In this kit you will find all the laser cut pieced needed to assemble this product. The pieces are still intact in the sheets as they were cut to ensure that all the parts are there.
- Page 3 FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF Have a look at the photo of the finished painted product. Now have a look at the next diagram where all the laser cut parts are shown and numbered from A to K. Next, we will identify which is which and where they fit in.
- Page 4 The main structure consists of four walls, the front wall (B), the rear wall (C), and two side walls (D) and (E), All the walls fit into the floor (A). There is a single roof panel (F). There are two door frames (H 1-2) that also include a window frame above the doors and two wooden door shutters.
- Page 5 WORD OF ADVICE We would strongly advise you to do a quick dry assembly before you start gluing the laser cut parts together. Lay out all the parts on your work surface and make sure that the parts are not upside down or mirrored. In most instances it will make no difference, but in others it may be crucial to ensure a perfect product in the end.
- Page 6 the sides where the parts touch each other (only a little bit of glue is required). Gently press down on the walls to ensure a snug fit. Ensure that all the walls are plumb and square before the glue fully sets. The single roofing section (F) can be glued onto the side and rear walls.
