4. Transportation and installation

Risk of crushing
during transport
Risk of crushing due to parts
tipping over and falling.
• Use suitable lifting and
transportation devices with
suffi cient load capacity.
• Pay attention to the centre of
gravity of the device when lifting
and transporting.
• No persons must be in close
proximity to the device during
transport.
• The means of transport that are used must
be assessed for the weight of the device. The
maximum permitted load of the lifting and trans-
portation equipment must be greater than the
weight of the parts being transported.
• Unsuitable lifting and transportation devices can

result in the device tipping over or falling down.
• The palettes with the packed device
must be placed on a level and solid surface (not
onto carpet).
• The device may only be set up and operated in
dry rooms.
• Ensure the device is set up in such a way that
the power plug is easily accessible and the venti-
lation slots are free.
• Lock the front castors of the device by pressing
down the brake lever.
