Make sure that the Call Identifier Delivery (CID) service is being provided on your telephone line by your local phone company. When CID data is sent, the unit will automatically capture and display the transmission from the phone company. - Page 15 CALL# - Shows the current call record number that is displayed on-screen. The 77519 can store up to 70 call records. NEW - Indicates that new calls have been received, but has not been reviewed yet.

No matter how many times the same calling party call his/her calls will just be count as one repeat call. - Page 17 Call Record - Caller ID information which is stored in the Caller ID’s call memory.
