9. The tester will attempt to download the certificate. If an active internet connection is not available, or if
a certificate is not available, an error message is displayed.
If you require assistance with this step, contact your dealership system administrator or the IT Service
Desk at: 866-892-3375.
10. A confirmation message is displayed after the certificate is downloaded. Select OK to continue.
11. When the second private exchange key import screen is displayed, select OK.
12. Select Yes to confirm the installation of the second certificate.
