- Page 10 4. Locate the two Carabiners, three Bag Hanger Hooks and four 5/16-18 Wiz Nuts included in the Bolt Bag. Mount the two upper Hooks through the upper holes in the Handlebar Assembly with the Hooks on the Upper Handlebar inside (Figure 8). Secure with a Wiz Nut on the outside Lower Bolts and of the Upper Handlebar.

This machine is shipped without oil. Traces of oil may be in the reservoir from factory testing, but you must add oil before starting the engine.

1. Slowly move the Throttle Control Lever to the “IDLE” position. 2. Turn the On/Off Switch to the OFF position (Figure 19A). Stopping the Engine (Electric Start) 1. Overfilling the bag will cause the vacuuming performance to decrease or stop completely and could lead to clogging of the discharge tube, snout, or both.

Always wear the safety glasses provided with the Multi-Surface Vacuum or eye shields during use or while performing any adjustments or repairs.

- Page 19 Battery Care (electric start machines) Proper care can extend the life of a Battery. Follow these recommendations to ensure your Battery’s best performance and long life: • Do not allow the Battery charge to get too low. If the machine is not used, charge the Battery every 4 – 6 weeks. Operate the Engine for at least 45 minutes to maintain proper Battery charge.
