Seat, seatbelt and SRS airbags/Child restraint systems

1. Remove the head restraint at the

window-side seating position where the

child restraint system has been installed

with the ISOFIX anchor bars or seatbelt;

lift up the head restraint while pressing the

release button.

2. Store the removed head restraint in

the trunk (Sedan) or cargo area (Outback).

3. For Sedan, open the cover for the

appropriate upper anchorage.

4. Attach the child restraint top tether

hook to the appropriate upper anchorage.

5. Tighten the top tether securely.

We recommend that you contact your

SUBARU dealer if you have any question

regarding the installation of a child re-

straint system.
