HOW TO UNFOLD: 1. POSITION THE BIKE UPRIGHT ON THE BIKE STAND. 2. IF THE MAGNETS ON THE FRONT AND REAR WHEEL ARE COUPLED, DISCONNECT THEM BY PULLING THE FRONT AND REAR WHEELS AWAY FROM ONE ANOTHER. 3. HOLD THE REAR OF THE BIKE STEADY WHILE YOU PIVOT THE FRONT OF THE BIKE AROUND THE HINGE POINT TO PUT THE FRAME IN A STRAIGHT LINE.

6. CHECK THAT THE SEAT IS SECURE: USE YOUR HAND TO PUT DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON THE SADDLE. IF THE SEAT POST SLIPS FURTHER DOWN INTO THE TUBE, BRING THE SEAT BACK TO POSITION AND TIGHTEN THE CLAMP BY TURNING THE KNOB CLOCKWISE. TROUBLESHOOTING: IF YOU CANNOT OPEN THE CLAMP LATCH, THE KNOB MAY BE TOO TIGHT.
Securing the Bell 1. LOOSEN (BUT DO NOT REMOVE) THE SCREW ON THE BELL CLAMP BY TURNING IT COUNTERCLOCKWISE FOR 1 - 2 ROTATIONS WITH THE SCREWDRIVER TIP OF THE 2-BIT TOOL. 2. ROTATE THE BELL AROUND THE HANDLEBAR UNTIL THE BELL TAB IS IN A PLACE THAT CAN EASILY BE REACHED BY THE RIDER'S LEFT-HAND THUMB WHILE HOLDING ONTO THE HANDLEBAR.
Securing the Front Reflector 1. ROTATE THE FRONT REFLECTOR CLAMP AROUND THE HANDLEBAR UNTIL THE REFLECTOR IS FACING THE FRONT OF THE BIKE. 2. SLIDE THE REFLECTOR TOWARDS THE CENTER OF THE HANDLEBAR UNTIL THE REFLECTOR CLAMP FEELS SNUG ON THE THICKER PART OF THE HANDLEBAR. 3.
2. Preparing to Ride Adjusting the Handlebar THE HANDLEBAR CAN BE ROTATED SLIGHTLY FORWARD OR BACKWARDS SO THAT ALL OF THE FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS ON IT ARE IN THE IDEAL POSITION THEY SHOULD BE EASILY REACHABLE WHILE RIDING AND/OR ANGLED FOR THE SIGHT LINE AND COMFORT OF EACH USER.

TO ROTATE THE HANDLEBAR: 1. PULL UP THE LATCH ON THE HANDLEBAR CLAMP UP SO THAT IT IS IN THE OPEN (UNLATCHED) POSITION. 2. ROTATE THE HANDLEBAR FORWARD OR BACKWARD TO REPOSITION IT. 3. WHILE HOLDING THE HANDLEBAR IN THE NEW POSITION WITH ONE HAND, USE THE OTHER HAND TO PUSH THE LATCH DOWN AND BACK INTO THE CLOSED (LATCHED) POSITION.

TROUBLESHOOTING: IF THE HANDLEBAR DOES NOT STAY SECURE WITH THE CLAMP CLOSED, YOU MAY NEED TO TIGHTEN THE CLAMP. TO TIGHTEN THE CLAMP: 1. PULL THE CLAMP LATCH OPEN. 2. FINGER TIGHTEN THE KNOB BY TURNING IT CLOCKWISE FOR A FEW ROTATIONS. 3.
Repositioning the Seat WHEN A RIDER IS SEATED ON THE BIKE AND HAS A FOOT ON THE PEDAL AT THE LOWEST PEDAL ROTATION POINT, THERE SHOULD BE A SMALL BEND IN THE KNEE. LEGS SHOULD NEVER BE FULLY EXTENDED DURING PEDALING. TO RAISE OR LOWER THE SEAT: 1.

2. RAISE OR LOWER THE SEAT TO THE DESIRED POSITION, MAKING SURE NOT TO RAISE THE SEAT HIGH ENOUGH THAT THE "MINIMUM INSERTION" MARK COMES INTO VIEW ABOVE THE CLAMP. 3. WHILE HOLDING THE SEAT IN PLACE, CLOSE THE CLAMP LATCH AND, IF NECESSARY, RE-TIGHTEN THE CLAMP KNOB BY TURNING IT CLOCKWISE.

4. CHECK THAT THE SEAT IS SECURE: USE YOUR HAND TO PUT DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON THE SADDLE. IF THE SEAT POST SLIPS FURTHER DOWN INTO THE TUBE, BRING IT BACK TO POSITION AND TIGHTEN THE CLAMP BY TURNING THE KNOB CLOCKWISE.

Tire Inflation & Pressure USE A GAUGE TO CHECK TIRE PRESSURE. BEFORE YOUR FIRST RIDE, YOU MAY NEED TO ADD AIR TO YOUR TIRES TO BRING THEM TO WITHIN THE RECOMMENDED PRESSURE OF 35 – 45 PSI (POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH). PRIOR TO EVERY RIDE, CHECK THAT YOUR TIRE PRESSURE FALLS WITHIN THIS RANGE AND, IF NECESSARY, ADD MORE AIR TO THE TIRES.

3. Functions & Features Powering On & Off QUICK-PRESS THE POWER BUTTON TO TURN YOUR ARRO ON OR OFF. IMPORTANT POWER NOTES: • TO PRESERVE BATTERY POWER, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO POWER YOUR BIKE OFF WHEN MAKING A PIT STOP OR PUTTING IT AWAY FOR THE NIGHT.

KICKSTAND Using the Kickstand TO USE THE KICKSTAND, PIVOT IT DOWN AND GENTLY TILT YOUR BIKE ONTO IT TO STAND. TO RAISE THE KICKSTAND, PIVOT IT BACK UP. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS RAISE THE KICKSTAND BEFORE RIDING.
PULL Tucking Away the Pedals FOR STORAGE IN COMPACT SPACES, TUCK THE PEDALS UP AND OUT OF THE WAY. TO FOLD THEM AGAINST THE FRAME: 1. PLACE YOUR FINGERS AROUND THE MIDDLE BAR INSIDE THE PEDAL. 2. WHILE PULLING THE BAR TOWARDS THE END OF THE PEDAL, PIVOT THE PEDAL UP OR DOWN UNTIL IT SNAPS INTO POSITION CLOSE TO THE FRAME.

TO UNFOLD THEM FOR RIDING: 1. PLACE YOUR FINGERS AROUND THE MIDDLE BAR INSIDE THE PEDAL. 2. WHILE PULLING THE BAR TOWARDS THE END OF THE PEDAL, PIVOT THE PEDAL DOWN UNTIL IT SNAPS INTO PLACE.
YOUR EXERTION AND HELP YOU REACH THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE SPEED OF 15.5 MPH. WITH "PEDAL ASSIST," YOU CAN GO FARTHER AND FASTER ON LESS EFFORT. THE ARRO FEATURES CADENCE-BASED PEDAL ASSISTANCE, IN WHICH THE MOTOR WILL DELIVER SUPPLEMENTAL POWER WHENEVER YOU ARE PEDALING. Using the Throttle TO RIDE THE ARRO LIKE A MOTOR BIKE, STOP PEDALING AND KEEP YOUR FEET RESTING ON THE PEDALS. TO ACCELERATE, SLOWLY ROTATE THE TWIST THROTTLE TOWARDS YOU WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND. TWIST THROTTLE THE MORE YOU ROTATE THE THROTTLE, THE MORE THE MOTOR WILL ENGAGE—AND THE FASTER YOU WILL TRAVEL.
Activating Cruise Control CRUISE CONTROL LOCKS THE BIKE IN MOTION AT A CERTAIN PACE. ONCE YOU SET CRUISE CONTROL, THE MOTOR WILL DO THE WORK TO KEEP THE PACE—NO THROTTLE OR PEDALING REQUIRED. CRUISE CONTROL BUTTON TO ACTIVATE CRUISE CONTROL: 1.
Traditional Biking YOU CAN RIDE YOUR ARRO—USING ONLY PEDAL POWER. JUST RIDE AS YOU WOULD A TRADITIONAL BIKE WITHOUT POWERING THE MOTOR ON. NOTE: THE LIGHTS CANNOT BE USED WHEN THE BIKE IS POWERED OFF.
