These illustrations depict the correct installation of a PRV (pressure-relief valve). All piping
must be of suitable metal construction by applicable code.
Larger PRVs may require additional additional plumbing components for fit. Smaller PRV's
can be mounted directly into the header.
Be sure to consult your local building code regarding distance of effluent from floor.
