Scroll to the desired name, and press

During a call, adjust the loudspeaker volume with
Accepting or refusing an incoming call
You can either accept or refuse any incoming call:
Press to accept an incoming call and, when finished,
press to end it.
Press to refuse an incoming call.
If the function Divert if busy
your incoming calls are directed to another number such as
your voice mailbox number, any call you refuse is also diverted
to this number. For more information, see "Call divert (network
service)" on page 35.
