ePropulsion LAGOON Quick Start

1. Install the Motor

1.1 Install with a US fin box adapter
a) Insert the adapter into the motor base.
b) Place the fin screw plate into the fin box slot and insert the motor into the fin
box. Use a fin screw to fix it.
1.2 Install with an SUP fin box adapter
a) Insert the adapter into the motor base.
b) Slide the adapter into the fin box and fix the adapter with the retaining clip.
1.3 Install with a universal adapter
a) Install the universal adapter on the boat bottom with two ratchet straps.
b) Attach the motor to the universal adapter.

2. Fix the LAGOON Battery and connect it to the motor

Fix the battery with the bungee cords or a ratchet strap.
Plug the motor cable into the charge/discharge port of the battery and tighten
the connector.

3. Switch on the LAGOON Battery

Long press the power button until the four LEDs light up from left to right with
an interval of 0.5s.

4. Switch on the LAGOON Controller

Short press the on/off button to switch on the LAGOON Controller.

5. Start/stop the LAGOON Motor

Wear LAGOON Controller on the wrist or attach it to a paddle.
Start the motor: Short press the on/off button to switch on the LAGOON
Controller.Then push the throttle slide block to start the motor.
Stop the motor: In normal case, push the throttle slide block to zero position
to gradually stop the motor. In emergency, short press the
on/off button on the controller to stop the motor at once.
Important Notes:
Do not use LAGOON in shallow water. Any damage caused by drag or
collision is out of warranty scope.
Users who are allowed to use LAGOON should be in good physical state,
know how to swim and how to paddle.
Users should always wear a life vest, always wear a leash while using this
product and always take a paddle on board.
Do not run the motor in air.
