• CALENDAR

The calendar keeps track of reminders, calls you need to make, meetings, and birthdays. It
can even sound an alarm for any of these events.
From the menus, select Calendar.
The current date appears in the display. If there are notes for the current date, note icons
appear in the display. Use the Scroll up and Scroll down keys to scroll through previous and
future dates.
Select Options to access the following:
View sel. day—View all the notes for the selected date. Use the scroll keys to scroll through
the notes.
Make note—Make a note for the selected date.
Delete notes—Erase notes from the calendar. Select Of chosen day, One by one, or
All at once.
View all notes—View all notes in the calendar. Use the scroll keys to scroll through
the notes.
Go to date—Enter the date you want to view, and select OK.
Set the date—Enter the current date in

You can choose from four types of notes: Reminder, Call, Meeting, and Birthday. Your phone
asks for further information depending on which note you choose. You also have the option
to set an alarm for any note that you select.

Go to the date for which you want to make a note, and select Options > Make note
and one of the following:
Reminder—Enter the subject you wish to be reminded about. Enter the date for the
reminder, and select OK. You are then given the option to set an alarm.
Call—Enter a phone number, a date, and the time. You are then given the option to set
an alarm.
Meeting—Enter a subject, date, and time. You are then given the option to set an alarm.
Birthday—Enter the person's name, and date and year of birth. You are then given the
option to set an alarm.

Enter the information requested by the prompts.
