Pairing cannot be done.

Move the BLUETOOTH device closer to the unit.
Pairing may not be possible if there are other BLUETOOTH devices near the unit. In this case, turn off the other BLUETOOTH devices.
Enter "0000" when you are prompted for a passkey during the pairing operation.
