Sticker visible when the front passenger door is
open
Vehicles without automatic front passenger airbag
shutoff have a special sticker affixed to the side of
the cockpit on the front passenger side.
Make sure you observe the following information:
Never fit a rearward-facing child restraint sys-

tem to the front passenger seat
Always fit a rearward-facing child restraint sys-

tem to a suitable rear seat
Observe the overview on suitability of

The child could be struck by the airbag.
Always ensure that the front passenger

airbag is disabled. The PASSENGER AIR
BAG OFF indicator lamp must be lit.
NEVER use a rearward-facing child
#
restraint system on a seat with an ENA-
BLED FRONT AIRBAG. This can result in
the DEATH of or SERIOUS INJURY to the
CHILD.
