Operation CAUTION: Federal (USA) Law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician. 3.1 Theory of Operation The Electri-Cool Unit provides a flow of temperature-controlled water to an external pad. The unit, therefore, provides a means of cooling a localized area of the body. -
