CHARGING

To charge, connect the charger cable (7) between the headphones and a standard UsB connection.
The charging time is approx. 1.5h (on mobile devices such as laptops it may be somewhat longer). Operation is not possible while charging.

BEFORE SWITCHING ON

Switch the Bluetooth function of your audio device/ mobile phone on.

SWITCHING ON AND OFF

To switch on, press the multifunction button (1) for approx. 2 seconds. To switch off, press the multifunction button (1) again for approx. 2 seconds.

COUPLING

  • Switch off the K830 Bt
  • Press and hold the multifunction button (1) until the status led (10) flashes green and blue.
  • Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone/audio device and perform a new device search.
  • Select aKg K830 Bt › Passcode = 0000

If the headphones were coupled with the same device the last time you used them, it is usually enough to activate this Bluetooth connection and to switch on your K830 Bt again to re-establish the connection.
The Bluetooth signal has a range of approximately 10 metres.

MUSIC MODE

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button (4)
  • Activate/deactivate the key lock: Press Play/Pause button (4) quickly twice in succession
  • To skip to the next or the previous track, press the Forward (2) or Back (3) key
  • To rewind or fast forward within a track, press and hold the Forward (2) or Back (3) key
  • Adjust +/- key (5) to alter the volume up or down

PHONE MODE

  • Redial last number: press and hold multifunction button (1) until you hear a signal
  • Accept/end call: press multifunction (1) button
  • Reject call: press and hold multifunction button (1)
  • Mute microphone (9): Press Play/Pause button (4)
  • Adjust volume: press +/- button (5)
  • Ensure that you do not accidentally cover up the microphone opening (9) during use.

RESET CONNECTIONS

To reset existing connections, switch off the headphones. Then press the multifunction button (1) and press the + button (5) for approx. 8 seconds.

Do not expose the headphones to excessively high temperatures (i.e. do not use in strong direct sunlight or in a hot vehicle).
If you suspect any kind of battery defect (e.g. leakage, smell, or overheating when not in use) or any other damage, stop using the headphones. Under no circumstances should the headphones be opened. these headphones contain small parts that are hazardous if ingested or inhaled: keep away from small children when they are unattended.

Only use the device with the cable supplied.
