CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE
While the pad is splash resistant, it is not water-proof and is not designed for submersion
in water.
We recommend placing the weight sensing pad under a washable bedding or incontinence pad.
LEARN Button
Be sure to test the function before using. If the protective layer is too heavy, it may prevent the
weight sensing pad from properly detecting weight changes.
To clean the pad, we recommend using disinfectant or anti-bacterial wipes.
If soiled, you may also clean the pad by using a mild soap in a spray bottle. Lightly spray the
pad on both sides, taking care not to spray near the connector jack or where the wire enters the
LEARN
pad. Wipe down with a dry sponge or towel.
DO NOT submerge the pad in water or spray directly with water from a shower, hose, or faucet.
DO NOT use the pad when folded, as applying pressure could damage the internal circuitry.
Take the batteries out when the device will be out of use for a long period.
