Radio UI: How to make 1-to-1 EPTT calls
1. From "Ready" screen, press left soft key (Options).
2. Scroll to "Contacts List" and select.
3. Scroll to the contact you want to call and press PTT key.
If the person has an X next to their name, it means they are not available. If you try and
call them, it will send a Voice Message to them.
