Troubleshooting Tips
NOTE: This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. For
warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor.
NOTE: If the problem is water continuously running into the toilet,
turn off the water supply to the toilet. Do not flush. If the water
level in the tank lowers, replace the flapper and chain. If the level in
the tank remains constant, replace the float valve.

A. Adjust the tank water level to match the
waterline.
B. Fully open the water supply shut-off valve.
C. Clear obstructions from the trapway, jet, or bowl
rim holes.

A. Reconnect the flapper chain to the trip lever or
flush valve.
B. Adjust the flapper chain assembly to remove
