Overview

Choose your ear tips

Ear tips (S/M/L X2)
The size M ear tips are attached to the earbuds in-box.

*Do not plug the earbuds into your ears without installing ear tips, as this may damage your ears

Wear demonstration

After putting the earbuds into the ear, rotate and adjust the earbud to the right depth and angle to fit the ear canal (as shown below)

Use the touch pad

Use touch pad to control Music volume / Play / Pause, Pick/Hang up /Reject call, Noise Cancellation on / off, Ambient on / off, and activate the Mobile phone's System voice assistant for conversation

*To avoid hurting your ears, please do not apply excessive pressure on the touch pad with your fingers (touch pad lightly)
*To avoid damaging the touch pad, please do not click on it with any sharp objects

Turn On/Turn Off

Turn On: Take out two earbuds or any one earbud from the charging box.

Turn Off: Put the earbuds back into the charging box.

Pairing

  1. Pair and connect for the first time
    1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case;
    2. The LEDs on the earbuds flash red and white alternately, and the earbuds enter pairing mode;

*For the earbuds that are not paired for the first time, when connecting a new mobile phone, you need to touch the pad for any earbud 3 times in a row, and the third press holding for 2 seconds, the LEDs flash red and white alternately.
Pairing - Step 1

  1. Find "233621® Zen" on the Bluetooth list to pair the first earbud;
    Pairing - Step 2
  2. After a few seconds, a Bluetooth pairing request pop-up window will appear, press "Pair" to connect the second earbud;

  3. Enjoy your Zen

*If the mobile device is not connected in 5 minutes, the earbuds will enter standby mode, you can follow step 2 to re-pair.

  1. Bluetooth remote disconnection and reconnect
    1. If the earbuds are disconnected with the mobile phone and return to the effective connection range within 10 minutes, Bluetooth will automatically reconnect.
    2. If the earbuds are disconnected with the mobile phone and return to the effective range after 10 minutes, Bluetooth needs to be reconnected manually.
  2. Turn on to reconnect
    After putting the earbuds back into the charging case and then taking out, the earbuds will automatically connect to a recently connected mobile phone.
  3. To clear the pairing record of the earbuds
    1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case;
    2. Put both earbuds into Bluetooth pairing mode;
    3. Press and hold the touch pad until the LEDs on the earbuds flash red 3 times;
    4. Return the earbuds to the charging case and leave them there for 10 seconds;
    5. The pairing record is now cleared.
      * After clearing the pairing record of the earbuds, the earbuds will enter the pairing mode directly.

Noise Cancellation Mode and Ambient Modes

Noise Cancellation Mode: Our noise canceling technology and optimized passive isolation can suppress wide-band ambient noise

Ambient Mode: Allows you to hear sounds around you even while wearing the earbuds

Regulatory Information

  8. Wipe the device with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do Not use the device before cleaning and maintenance.
  9. Use and store the device and its accessories in the temperature range of 5°~35°. When the environmental temperature is too high or too low, it may cause device malfunction. The battery efficiency would be limited when the temperature is lower than 5°.
  10. Keep the device and its accessories in a ventilated and cool environment without exposing it to direct sunlight.
  11. This device is not a toy and children may use this device under adult supervision. This device and its accessories may contain small parts that should keep away from children. Children may inadvertently damage the device and its accessories, or swallow small parts resulting in suffocation or other hazards.
  12. The device is equipped with non-removable built-in rechargeable battery. Do Not replace the battery by yourself. The battery can only be replaced by authorized service center.
  13. Do not disassemble or modify the device and accessories without permission, otherwise the device and accessories will not be covered under warranty, please contact the authorized service center when the device malfunction is detected.

Product service policy

  1. The device warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance service are free during the warranty period, excluding malfunctions are man-made.
