PACKING LIST

Choose appropriate earplugs (xs/s/m/l/xl) according to the wearing comfort The size M ear tips are attached to the earbuds in-box.

  1. Do not plug the earbuds into your ears without installing ear tips, as this may damage your ears.
  2. Earplugs and earbuds should be cleaned irregularly.

USE THE TOUCH PAD

Use touch pad to control Music Play / Pause, Pick/ Hang up / Reject call, Noise Cancellation on, Ambient on, and activate the Mobile phone's System voice assistant for conversation.

  1. To avoid hurting your ears, please do not apply excessive pressure on the touch pad with your fingers (touch pad lightly);
  2. To avoid damaging the touch pad, please do not click on it with any sharp objects.

TURN ON/TURN OFF

The earbuds in the charging box, open the cover of the charging box or the earbuds out of the box, and the earbuds will automatically turn on. In the power on state, put the earbuds into the charging box or close the cover of the charging box.

PAIRING

Pair and connect for the first time(The isolating film on the left and right earbuds needs to be removed )

  1. Turn on after opening the cover, and take out the earbuds from the charging case, it will automatically turn on.
  2. The LEDs on the earbuds flash red and blue alternately, and the earbuds enter pairing mode.

Note:

  1. For the earbuds that are not paired for the first time, when connecting a new mobile phone, you need to press and hold the charging box key for 3 seconds to release, and the earbuds, enters the pairing mode, the LEDs flash red and blue alternately.
  2. In the status of wearing connection, briefly press the earbuds touch pad for 5 times, the earbuds, enters the pairing mode, and the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
  1. Find "233621 ZEN II" on the Bluetooth list to pair the first earbud;
  2. Pairing completed, enjoy music

Bluetooth remote disconnection and reconnect

  1. If the earbuds are disconnected with the mobile phone and return to the effective connection range within 10 minutes, Bluetooth will automatically reconnect.
  2. If the earbuds are disconnected with the mobile phone and return to the effective range within 10-20 minutes, Bluetooth needs to be reconnected manually.

Turn on to reconnect
In the charging box state: open the cover of the charging box or operate the earbuds out of the box. earbuds without connection records will automatically enter the pairing mode after power on; When the earbuds with connection record is powered on and connected to the last connected Bluetooth device, the connection timeout of 20 seconds will automatically enter the pairing mode; The LEDs can be changed into red light and blue light flashing alternately.

Restore Factory Settings
When the earbuds are in the charging box and the cover is opened, long press the charging box button for 8 seconds to enter the pairing mode, and the red and blue lights flash alternately, that is, clear the pairing record and restore the factory settings. Previously connected mobile phones need to be repaired before they can be used.

WEAR DEMONSTRATION

After putting the earbuds into the ear, rotate and adjust the earplugs to the right depth and angle to fit the ear canal (as shown below)

CHARGE

  1. When the earbud power is lower than 5%, it will prompt "low power".
    Put the earbud into the charging box, and the red light of the indicator flashes, that is, it is charging;
  2. When inserting the type-C line for charging, the blue light of the charging box will be on for 5 seconds, and the red light will be on for a long time;
  3. Fully charged, the blue light of the charging box lights up for 5 seconds;
  4. When charging, the red light of the charging box is on for a long time.

Earbud LED Behavior

  1. When the earbuds are charged in the charging box, the red light flashes once every 3 seconds;
  2. When the earbuds are enter pairing in the charging box, red and blue flashes alternately;
  3. When the earbuds are fully charged, the red and blue lights are off;
  4. Restore factory settings, red and blue lights flashes alternately.

CHARGING CASE LED BEHAVIOR

Being Charged

  1. Insert USB, the blue light will be on for 5 seconds, and the red light will be on for a long time;
  2. When fully charged, the blue light turns on and turns off after 5 seconds;
  3. When charging, the red light stays on.

Not being charged (Open / Close the top cover of the charging case or press the function button)

    Answer:

  4. What if there is an electric current sound in the ear?
    Answer:
    1. if the current sound is obvious, please confirm whether it is caused by environmental interference. It is suggested to use or close the WiFi equipment at another place to reduce interference.
    2. Please try to put the earbud back into the charging box, close the box cover for 5 seconds, open the box cover and reconnect with the phone to confirm whether the current sound disappears or attenuates.   5. What is the difference between the left and right earbud?
    Answer:
