The HS-4655 has an onboard jumper that selects the working voltage
of the flat panel connected to the system. Jumper JP30 offers two
voltage settings for the user.

CN23 is a standard 44-pin 2.0mm pitch connector daisy-chain driver
connector serves the PCI E-IDE drive provisions onboard the HS-4655.
A maximum of two ATA/33/66/100 IDE drives can be connected to the
HS-4655 via J1.
