Once you have decided where to place the fi xture(s),
you can easily install it by following these simple steps.
INSTALL THE CADDY CLAMP
1. Remove all adjacent ceiling tiles.
2. Locate structure to which the safety cable will be
fastened.
3. Choose the proper Caddy Clamp designed for your
ceiling grid. Use IDS-2 for 15/16" wide grid and IDS-9
and IDS-9.5 for 9/16" wide applications.
4. Insert the 2" carriage bolt through one-half of the
Caddy Clamp, then close each half around the ceiling
T-bar using the safety catch. (Pliers may be required
to close the two halves of the Caddy Clamp.)
