The user of the torque wrench has to make a regular conformity-test with
the tool after 5000 load changes and/or a maximum period of 12 months
according to DIN EN ISO 6789-1, item 5.3. If this requirement is not kept,
the user must be aware that the function/accuracy is no longer
appropriate.
Warranty of 10 years
The warranty period for this tool starts on the day of purchase. The date of
purchase can be proved by sending us the original sales receipt. During
the warranty period, you are entitled to the following:
· Trouble-shooting (free of charge),
· Replacement of all defective parts (free of charge),
· Free professional service (i.e. assembly performed by our service staff is
free of charge),
unless the problems and/or defects occurred due to inappropriate or
incorrect use.
