Changing the unit of measurement
The electronic torque wrench can be programmed to four different units of
measurement: Nm, lbf.in, lbf.ft and kgf.m.
· In order to change the unit of measurement, press and keep pressed the
button (15). The units of measurements on the right margin of the display
will be selected in sequence (from up to down).
· When the desired unit of measurement is displayed, release the button
(15).
Programming the torque
In order to access the programming mode, press the button (14).
· At first, "SET" is shown on the display for approx. three seconds. After
that, the display skips to the last saved value. The first digit of this value is
flashing.
· By repeatedly pressing the button (14), the value of the flashing digit is
gradually increased.
· When the desired value for this digit was achieved, press the button (17)
in order to skip to the next digit.
· Repeat this process for all digits (ones, tens, hundreds etc.).
· When the required value is set, press the button (15) in order to save this
value.
· Make sure that the highest permissible value is not exceeded! (see
"Specifications")
· After approx. 2-3 seconds the display will show "0.0"
Activating the "peak mode"
After turning on the display, the torque wrench is in "track mode", i.e. the
real-time torque reached during operation will be displayed. During the
"peak mode", the maximum value reached will be saved additionally and
displayed permanently.
· After the programming and saving of the torque has been completed,
press the button (15).
· On the left upper side of the display, "peak" is shown
