8. In "peak mode", the real-time torque reached during operation will be
displayed and the maximum value is saved.
9. When loosening bolts (anti-clockwise rotation), a MINUS symbol will
appear in front of the displayed value.

Preparation for use
· Open the cover of the battery compartment by turning it anti-clockwise.
· Insert four AAA batteries as shown.
· Close the battery compartment by turning the cover clockwise.
· The torque wrench is now ready for use.
Turning the tool on/off
· Press the button (13) on the control panel. The buzzer sounds and on
the display (4) you can see all readouts at the same time for just a
moment.
· After 2-3 seconds, only the battery symbol, the value "0.0" and the units
of measurement last selected are displayed.
· Press the button (13) again in order to turn off the electronic system.
Energy savings function
If no button is pressed or if operation has been completely interrupted for
approx. 3 minutes, the electronic system will turn off automatically.
