Add User
To add a user, perform the following:
NOTE
Only users belonging to the Admin and Service groups can
add new users .
1 From the Setup screen (Figure 33), click the Security tab .
2 Click Group/User Account . (Figure 39) The Users dialog-
box appears . (Figure 46)

3 Click Add User: The Add User dialog box appears .
4 Enter a username in the User Name field .
5 Enter a password in the Password field .
6 Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field .
7 Select a group from the Group Name drop-down menu:
Admin, Service, or User .
8 Click Add New User .
If you try to add a user and are in the User group (instead of the
Admin or Service group), a dialog box appears, and you must
cancel the action .
Delete User
To delete a user, perform the following:
NOTE
Only users belonging to the Admin and Service groups can
delete users .
1 From the Setup screen (Figure 33), click the Security tab .
2 Click Group/User Account . (Figure 39) The Users dialog box
appears .
3 Click Delete next to the user you want to delete .
If you try to delete a user and are in the User group (instead
of the Admin or Service group), a dialog box appears, and you
must cancel the action .
