Warranty is only valid when genuine ROVI ® X3 parts are used, All modifications on the power
wheelchair, unless approved and authorized by Rovi Mobility, will automatically invalidate the

warranties. Standard warranty does not extend to "wear and tear" items and parties other than the
original user. Please refer to "Warranty," in Section III for more information.
