It is important that you flush out your sprayer after each use. This is to ensure trouble-free siphoning action and reduce any contamination between detergents..
1st: Remove detergent from bottle and fill with clear water.
2nd: Set the dial to number 5 and spray until bottle is empty. (Repeat if needed)
If the sprayer has not been cleaned, the next time you use it, it may not siphon properly. This means that some dried detergent has clogged one or more of the openings in the mixing head. If rinsing does not clear the openings, then a pointed object may need to be inserted to break through the dried detergent. Do this carefully in order not to damage the opening.
ATTENTION: When connecting to a potable water supply, follow all local codes for backflow prevention. Backflow valve sold separately.
Before using, read and understand detergent manufacturer's instructions and warnings as well as those in the sprayer instruction pamphlet.
Do not spray water into an electrical outlet. Severe electrical shock could result in death.
FAILURE TO HEED ALL SAFETY WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
NOTE: The brass in this product contains lead.
This product contains chemicals, including lead, known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.

Congratulations, you have just purchased the finest, most versatile foaming sprayer available. This sprayer combines ease of use with precise operation. A few minutes taken to read these instructions will assure you many years of trouble-free service.
It will spray commercially available liquid soaps/detergents. This sprayer is designed to siphon water weight liquid detergent concentrates without pre-mixing. Thicker liquids will require prediluting.
It automatically blends the full strength water weight liquid concentrate with water as you spray. Just set the metering dial to the manufacturer's recommended dilution rate for your detergent. There is no waste since unused concentrate is never contaminated and can be returned to its original container.
Take a moment to familiarize yourself with your sprayer by referring to the exploded diagram and parts list.
It has six (6) major components:
ALWAYS FOLLOW DETERGENT LABEL DIRECTIONS
STEP #1:Remove mixing head from sprayer bottle and place the proper amount of cleaner/detergent/foaming concentrate into the bottle (Refer to detergent manufacturer for proper concentrate/water ratio). Turn the dial to desired mixing rate to begin siphoning your concentrate. This will start to mix with the water. The pistol grip shut-off must be fully depressed for accurate mixing.
STEP #2:Connect the brass quick-connect to the mixing head on the bottle.
STEP #3:Insert the adjustable foaming nozzle into the opposite end of the mixing head for horizontal or vertical foaming spray.
STEP #4:Remove the cap on the front of the shut-off and connect the shut-off to the brass quick-connect. Be sure that the brass trigger adjustment is set to fully open.
STEP #5:Connect the garden hose to the shut-off.
STEP #6:To spray mixture of concentrate and water, push the pistol grip shut-off handle forward to the fully open position. To stop spraying, slowly release the pistol grip shut-off handle.
To spray water only, set dial to 0. To use as conventional hose, release the mixing head via the quick-connect.
To help you determine the proper settings for your sprayer which is calibrated in ounces per gallon, note the following conversion tables:
MIX RATIOS | |
Setting 0 1 2 3 4 5 |
Output (Ounces per gallon) Water only 1.5 2.5 4.5 13 18 |
Sprayer sprays 1GPM at 40 PSI
SETTING AND USING SPRAYER:
Turn the metering dial until the desired setting number is shown within the curved notch.
This sprayer is designed to work most accurately at 40 to 60 pounds of water pressure. At lower pressures, the dilution rate of each setting will be lower. At higher pressures, the dilution rate of each setting will be higher. If your water pressure is not within the recommended limits, you should test the amount of chemicals you are spraying at your desired setting.
