Light/dimmer request.
This command is used to control an individual light/load. The
light can be toggled or set to a specific intensity level. Fading
times are also allowed.
1: This value is always 1.
<addr>: 1...48 = address of the light to control.
<state>: 0...100 = lighting level, in percent.
T = toggle
? = query for current lighting level
U = start ramping light up
D = start ramping light down
S = stop ramping light
<time>: 1-14400 = amount of time, in seconds, to take to
ramp the light to the desired level. This parameter is optional.
If omitted, a time of 0 is assumed. This parameter is only valid
when <state> is 0..100.

Lighting group request.
This command is used to control a programmed group of lights.
<id>: 1...100 = group id to control
<state>: 0..100 = lighting level, in percent.
U = start ramping group lights up.
D = start ramping group lights down.
S = stop ramping group lights.

Set ALD-D48 program mode for scene and group program-
ming.
<state>: OPEN = turn on programming mode
CLOSE = turn off programming mode (save all changes)
CANCEL = cancel programming mode (do not save any
changes)

PROG=CLOSE
Group programming request.
This command is used to add or remove a light from a group.
Program mode must be enabled for this command to work
(PROG=OPEN).
<id>: 1..100 = group id to program
<state>: 0 = remove light from group
1 = add light to group
? = query for all lights in a group
1: This value is always 1
<addr>: 1..48 = address of light to add/remove
