Assembly Instructions:
1.
Remove mini stepper and resistance bands from packaging
2. Attach resistance tubes to front frame eyelets with heavy-duty plastic clips (as shown)
3. Make sure resistance bands are not wrapped around the pedals or frame before use
4. Your mini stepper is ready for use

Safety Information

:
· Do not use if you weigh over 264lbs/120kg
· Stepper should be placed and used on smooth, stable ground
· If necessary, place an equipment mat under the stepper to protect your floor or carpet
· Wear appropriate activewear while exercising. Don't wear loose fitting apparel that may become caught or
snagged in the stepper machine
· Keep small children and pets away from the machine
· Get your physician's approval before starting any new exercise routine. This is especially important if you're
pregnant, have medical implants, or are over the age of 45
· Should dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pains, or nausea occur, stop exercising immediately. Contact
emergency services if symptoms persist
· Make sure to warm up before every workout session
· Hydraulic cylinder may become hot after prolonged use. Let it cool down before handling
· Make sure to stay hydrated while you exercise
· Wear comfortable athletic shoes with good grip

Operating the Digital Display:

Pressing the "mode" button or moving the pedals will activate the digital display. You can cycle through display
modes by pressing the "mode" button, or set the display to cycle through all the different display modes by
pressing the "mode" button until "scan" is activated. To reset all values, press and hold the "mode" button for 3
seconds. Display will automatically turn off after a brief period of inactivity.
Display modes include
:
· Time: Displays duration of workout from 0–99:59
· Calorie: Counts estimated calories burned during workout. Note: these are estimated calories burned and may
not be medically accurate. The calorie counter on the mini stepper is NOT a scientific device
· Count: Displays the number of steps and the steps per minute

Using the Mini Stepper:

· Stand on the floor behind the mini stepper (if you want to use the resistance bands, make sure you are holding
them before you step onto the mini stepper)
· Put your right foot on the right pedal, and press down until it is at the bottom of its track
· Place your left foot on the left pedal and start stepping at a slow pace
· As you get more comfortable, you can step faster
