    Pach & Company thanks and congratulates you on the purchase of your AeGIS AFGR9 Biometric Fingerprints Reader with 26-Bit Wiegand Output. The manual is designed to guide you through the proper programming and use of the AeGIS AFGR9. It is important for you to read and follow the manual completely.

    CHAPTER 2. INSTALLATION A proper installation of the AeGIS system is very essential. Improper installation will void the warranty.     2.1 Wiegand Interface Connection The AeGIS AFGR9 has one Wiegand output to interface with the AeGIS 9000 Series. The maximum distance between the two units cannot exceed 500 feet using 18 gauge wire. There are four relays available if you use the Wiegand Interface Connection: Two relays on AFGR9 (see figure 2.3) and two relays on AeGIS 9000...
