Problem
I do not know the version number of
the firmware for the Label Printer.
I want to confirm whether I am using
the latest version of the software.
Solution
If the barcode data was created using a landscape orientation, change the
Orientation setting in the Basic tab of the printer driver to Landscape and try
again.

To check for the latest firmware:
1 Turn your Label Printer on.
2 Press and hold the Cutter (
