- Page 4 STEP 1 Secure chair back (B) to left arm (A1) with 1 screw (E) by using allen wrench (G). Do not fully tighten screws now. STEP 2 Secure right arm (A2) to the other side of assembled chair back (B) with 1 screw (E) by using allen wrench (G).
- Page 5 STEP 3 Secure seat panel (C) to assembled chair arms (A1. A2) with 4 screws (F), 4 small washers (I) and 4 spring washers (H) by using allen wrech (G). Do not fully tighten screws now. STEP 4 Secure seat panel (C) to assembled chair back (B) with 2 big washers (D) and 2 screws (E) by using allen wrench (G).
- Page 6 STEP 5 Put seat cushion (J) and lumbar pillow (K) on the chair. The chair is assembled. Warranty One year limited warranty. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for warranty claims. It remains the customer's responsibility for freight and packing charges to and from the service center.
