Clutch Operation:

There are two positions of the clutch handle. The Clutch is
either "engaged" or "free spooling". Clutch allows
operator to manually engage or disengage the spooling
drum from the gearset using the clutch lever.

Engaged
NEVER engage or disengage clutch
if the winch is under load, the winch
rope is under tension or the spool
