In the dropdown list of Status, you can change the status of the event. See the following table
for the description of event status:

After a status is selected, click Acknowledge to confirm the operation. Enter a note, if any. The
operation history will be recorded in the History list.

Description
An event to be handled.
Select to indicate that the event is being handled, e.g., a security
staff has been sent to verify the cause of the event.
Select to indicate the event has been verified as a false alarm.
Select to remove the event from the event list.
