- Remove padlock and instructions from package.
- On your Android or iOS mobile device, visit the app store to download the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app. Before you launch the app, you must fi rst set up an account, or have an existing account in order to add a new product.
- If you do not have an existing Master Lock Vault Enterprise account, you must create one at enterprise.masterlockvault.com.
- If you already have an existing account, please proceed to step 3.
- Launch the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app and sign in.
- In the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app, touch the plus sign (+) in the upper-right corner.
- Scan the QR Code, from the gray box located on the left, on your mobile device to register the padlock. Once your padlock is registered, it will display in the Authorized tab inside the app. Touch the name of the padlock to access the padlock details, manage additional settings, and view the access history.
- By default, your lock box is in Wake Touch mode. To unlock the padlock, press any button on the keypad to wake it. The padlock will now appear under the Awake tab in the app. Touch the blue key icon to unlock the padlock. When the light turns green, open within 5 seconds or it will relock.

- Remove padlock and instructions from the package.
- Enter the Primary Code, located in the black box on the left, into the padlock keypad and then press the enter button. (See Illustration B).
- When the padlock light turns green, open within 5 seconds or it will relock.

- Low battery will be indicated through an email notifi cation, the app, or by a yellow light on the padlock.
- Using a Flat Head screwdriver, open the battery compartment located on the bottom of the padlock and remove the battery (See Illustration C).
- Install the new CR123A, making sure to position the battery with positive and negative sides facing the proper direction as indicated on thebattery compartment.
- Close the battery door and tighten the screws.
