    Carbon offers strong performance powered by Android 9.0. The device works with a quad-core processor, high-pressure thermal printer, providing an exceptionally strong combination of functionalities in one POS device. myPOS Carbon is capable of running a wide range of proprietary and third party business apps.

    Your myPOS Carbon device needs to be activated before you can start using it. To be able to complete the activation process, the device must be connected to the Internet. Your myPOS Carbon can use the Internet connection of a wireless router or a SIM Card.

    If you do not have a myPOS account, please register at mypos.com follow the instructions. If you have a myPOS account, please log in to your account and go to menu Devices > Activate your device and follow the steps: Step 1: Enter the activation code on your myPOS Carbon device and press „ACTIVATE“.

    Magnetic stripe card Magnetic stripe cards are swiped with the magnetic stripe facing up through the reader located at the top side of the myPOS Carbon device. Make sure that the card is inserted properly and the bottom of the card runs firmly and at even speed.

    Accept card-not-present (MO/TO) transactions With your myPOS Carbon device you can accept debit and credit card payments over the phone or by email, no matter where your customers are. It’s convenient and time-saving to get paid using the MO/TO app on your device. All you have to do is fill in your customer’s card details and the due amount.
