The remote doesn’t work Brand new installation, brand new batteries, the damn thing won’t shut off, and the water is cold.
The remote may not work right after installation because the seat occupied sensor is not activated. To test functions, you need to move your hand over the sensor to simulate someone sitting. Once the sensor is triggered, the remote functions will respond.
