The p ager m odule s hips w ith a c over t hat r eplaces t he f iller p late i n F oundation's c asing a fter t he m odule
is i nstalled.
Installation
To b egin t he p ager m odule i nstallation, r emove t he F oundation f rom t he m ounting b racket, e ven i f i t i s
not m ounted o n a w all.
1. Use a l arge f lathead s crewdriver t o l ift u p t he s nap-­‐fit t ab l ocated o n t op o f t he m ounting b racket
until y ou c an p ull t he t op o f t he F oundation a way f rom t he b racket. T hen c ompletely r emove
Foundation f rom t he b racket.
Note: B e c areful n ot t o d islodge a ny w iring t hat i s s till c onnected o n t he b ack.
I f t he s crewdriver i s t oo s mall, t he t ab a nd/or t hermostat h ousing c an b e d amaged.
2. Locate t he c overed U SNAP m odule
slot o n t he b ack o f t he F oundation.
Use a s mall, f lathead s crewdriver t o
remove t he f iller p late.
3. Slide t he p ager m odule i nto t he s lot, e nsuring t hat t he t abs t hat p osition i t a re a t t he b ottom,
against t he c ircuit b oard. E nsure t hat t he m odule's p in c onnector i s c ompletely i nserted.
4. Snap t he s upplied c over o ver t he t ab
end o f t he p ager m odule s lot. I t
should b e f lush w ith t he s ide o f t he
Foundation's c asing.
5. To r e-­‐attach t he F oundation t o t he
mounting b racket, p osition t he
Foundation i n t he b ottom o f t he
bracket u sing t he b ottom s nap-­‐fit t ab.
Gently p ush t he F oundation i nto t he
rest o f t he b racket u ntil t he t op t ab
snaps i nto p lace.
6. Wait f or t he F oundation t o p ower u p.
