PRODUCT TO A THIRD PARTY WITHOUT THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
The SISSEL® SECUREMAX® Exercise Ball is suitable for use in sports,
pilates and gyms. In addition to the targeted balance and
coordination training, it serves as an aid for strengthening the
abdominal muscles, as well as the stabilizing muscles of the lower
back.
What is special about the SECUREMAX® system is the nature of the
material used. This prevents the ball from bursting in the event of
sudden, puncture damage (e. g. from sharp objects). In such cases,
the ball loses air gradually, thereby allowing sufficient reaction time
and reducing the risk of accidents. For the special properties of the
SISSEL® SECUREMAX® Exercise Ball to take effect and to ensure
safety during use, the following must be observed.
How to inflate the SISSEL® SECUREMAX® Ball correctly:
Allow the flattened ball to warm to a good temperature for 24
hours before inflating. A room temperature of approx. 23 °C (73°F)
is ideal. Adequate warming makes inflation easier and prevents
overstretching.
Inflate up to 80% of the specified ball diameter in several stages
(please use the measuring tape provided). It is best to use a
specially engineered hand pump (optional accessory) or a foot
pump.
Let it rest for at least 2 hours. After the specially designed material
has taken a little more time to adjust to the stretch and the internal
pressure, it is ready to be pumped to the designated ball size
(please use the measuring tape again for this) and firmness.
Never exceed the specified ball diameter. Due to the special
material properties, the ball can initially feel a bit hard or still have
slight folds. This is normal and will go away after a short time.
After inflating, let the SISSEL® SECUREMAX® Exercise Ball sit at
room temperature for 24 hours before using it for the first time.
Once inflated, exercise balls gradually lose air. The diameter
decreases by 2-3 cm (1 inch) per month. This is normal and is not a
defect.

PVC and is recyclable.
The SISSEL® SECUREMAX® Exercise Ball is made with CITROFOL® BII.
CITROFOL® is an excellent alternative for products with high
demands. These are products for which standard plasticisers
(phthalates) should not be used either on the grounds of banned
substances or in accordance with the precautionary principle. Your
new ball may therefore smell of vinegar or vinegar cleaner (instead
of a chemical smell), but this will go away completely after a few
days.
