Start the engine. Refer to page 13 of the operator's

manual for more details.
 Unplug all loads from the generator.
 Turn the fuel valve to the ON position (A).
 Put the engine switch in the ON position (B).
 Move choke lever right (C).
 Grasp the recoil starter (D) and pull slowly until
resistance is felt. Give the recoil starter a short, brisk
pull to start the engine or turn the switch key to the
start position (B) and release after the engine starts.
 Let engine run for several seconds, then move
choke lever left (E).
