Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle

STEP 5 Install the license plate light onto the brack- et with the light facing the license plate. Use the provided M4x15 hardware with a Philips head screwdriver.

- Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 12 Feed the wire through the vent in the tailgate while reaching inside the tailgate and feeding out of either of the “accessory ready” holes. You may choose to secure the wire to the existing wiring loom with zip ties for a cleaner feel.
