Dirty or defective
disc.
Moisture
condensation
on disc.
Dirty or defective
disc.
Headphone
plug not inserted
correctly.
VOLUME control
set to minimum.
Defective disc.
ESP is not activated.
SOLUTION
Replace batteries, and install
properly.
Recharge or replace
batteries.
Check AC adapter
connection.
Close CD compartment.
Reinsert disc correctly.
Try another disc.
Wipe disc with soft
cloth.
Clean or replace disc.
Reinsert headphone
plug correctly.
Increase volume.
Try another disc.
Press the ESP/MENU button.
