Problem Diagnosis
Standard
• When it did not reach the
RESET level frequency
(26.0kHz) in 12 minutes
after starting the water
supply
• If the level frequency is
less than 26.0kHz, and if
the level frequency is not
changed for 10 minutes
• When it did not reach the
RESET level frequency
discharge (26.0kHz) in 12
minutes after starting the
discharge
• Unbalance of the laundry
during the dehydration
Estimated Cause of
Abnormal Condition
1. When the faucet is locked or
frozen
2. When the tap water supply is
stopped
3. When the filter at the top of the
water supply valve is blocked
with foreign object
4. When the connector connected
to the water supply valve is
disconnected or contact is
defect
5. When the natural colored 4 pin
connector connected to
controller is fallen off or contact
is defect
6. Problem in the load drive part in
the controller
7. Problem with pressure switch
pressure detection
1. When the discharge hose is not
lowered
2. When the discharge hose is
bent or clogged (Clogged by
freezing or by foreign object)
3. When the connector connected
to the discharge pump/drain
valve or the blue 3PIN connector
connected to the controller is
fallen off or contact is defect
4. When the discharge pump/
drain valve unit is defect. (When
a separate 220V/110V power is
directly connected to the 3PIN
connector of the discharge
motor, it still does not work)
5. When there is a problem in the
controller assy
1. When the laundry is not evenly
placed in the (INNER TUB ASM)
and skewed to one side
2. When the washer is installed on
a slope

• Open the faucet for water
supply
• Wash when the water
supply condition is met
• Clean or replace the filter
• Reconnect the connector
or correct the contact
defect
• Reconnect the connector
or correct the contact

• Replace controller
• Check pressure switch
• Put down the discharge
hose
• Remove the cause of the
clogging of the discharge
hose
• Reconnect the connector
or correct the contact
defect connector
• Replace discharge motor
• Replace controller
• Distribute the laundry
evenly in the washer but
(horizontal)
• Adjust the leg heights for
the washer to be leveled.
