Search for a station
1 Press SOURCE B repeatedly to select FM or AM.
2 Press S / T to search for a station automatically.
(or)
Press and hold S / T until "M" flashes, then press repeatedly to
search for a station manually.
Settings in memory
You can store up to 18 stations for FM and 6 stations for AM.
Store a station
While listening to a station....
Press and hold one of the number buttons (1 to 6).

Press and hold the volume knob until "PRESET MODE" flashes.

Turn the volume knob to select a preset number, then press the knob.
"MEMORY" appears once the station is stored.
Select a stored station
Press one of the number buttons (1 to 6).

CD/USB/iPod
Selectable source:
• KW-R940BTS: CD/USB/iPod USB or iPod BT
• KW-X840BTS: USB/iPod USB or iPod BT

Start playback

The source changes automatically and playback starts when you load a disc
or attach a device (USB device/ iPod/iPhone) to the USB input terminal.

Reverse/Fast-forward Press and hold S / T.
Select a track/file Press S / T.
Press 1 J / 2 K.
Select a folder
Repeat play Press 5 B repeatedly.
Random play Press 4 A repeatedly.
