Precautions for Daily Use
• Regularly check the water purifier and water
pipeline for leaks.
• If the water purifier will not be used for a long time,
disconnect the water source by closing the Water
Supply T-valve. If it will be more than one week,
remove the filter catridges, seal them and place in
the fresh grid (not cold grid) of refrigerator. When it
is used again, turn on the water tap and let water
run for 10 minutes.
• Allow tap to be run for 5s to 10s each time it is used.
• If it is not used for more than 3 days, turn on the tap
and let water run for 10 minutes.
• In the following cases, close the water supply T-valve
to shut off the water source, and contact the service
provider:
- Leakage from pipes or water purifier parts
- Any other abnormal conditions or faults.
Replace Filter Cartridge
When you replace the filter cartridge, make sure the
replacement is an original Moen component, because
using a third-party one may impact drinking water
safety. If you encounter any issues in the process,
contact customer service.
When the service life of the filter cartridge is normal,
the indicator is green. When the service life of the
filter cartridge is about to end, the indicator flashes
in yellow which advice you to replace the cartridge.
When its service life is over, the indicator is red, and
the buzzer goes off 5 times (sounding for 1s each time
and then waiting for 0.5s), which advice you to replace
the filter cartridge immediately.
Note: Ensure to be power off before replacing the
filter catridge.
