Storage drive problems

Problem
Some or all storage drives are missing from
the BIOS menu.
Solution
• Enable the Bluetooth feature in UEFI BIOS.
• Enable all Bluetooth devices.
1. Launch Settings and choose Bluetooth.
2. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled by the toggle at the top.
3. Click on each device to enable and start pairing.
• Update or reinstall the Bluetooth driver.
Select the Bluetooth headset or headphones as the default audio
output device in advanced sound settings.
Solution
• Clean out your Inbox, Sent Items, and Deleted Items folders from
your e-mail application.
• Clean up your C drive.
1. Launch the Disk Usage Analyzer application.
2. Select the drive to analyze.
3. Use the results to track down where your space is being used
and clean up appropriately.
• Launch the System Monitor application.
• Use the Memory column to determine which processes are using
memory and can be ended.
Solution
• Ensure that the signal cables and power cables for all the storage
drives are connected correctly.
• Ensure that the computer is configured correctly to support the
storage drives.
– If the computer is installed with SATA storage drives, ensure
that the SATA storage drive enablement module (one to five
storage drives) is installed.
– If the computer is installed with SAS storage drives, ensure that
the SAS storage drive enablement module (one to five storage
drives) or the LSI MegaRAID SAS adapter is installed.
