Troubleshooting
Causes & Solution
Check if there is any damage on the cable; check if the cable is well
connected with mains power and vacuum sealer properly.
Check if the upper cover is properly closed, if not, please run the
vacuum seal cycle without bags first to hook up the upper cover and
close properly; check if the bag is inserted properly with 3cm from the
opening; if you're sealing several bags, please allow 1min between
consecutive sealings processes.
Check if there is any holes or penetrations on the bag, if yes, replace
with a new bag; check if there is any folds on the sealing area. if yes,
you can clip o the failed sealing area and re-seal the bag.
Excessive food residues (i.e. juice, grease, powder, particles) could
compromise the sealing, clip o the failed part and wipe the sealing
area for a proper re-seal.
If the pack food deteriorated, it might generate gas from inside. Please
discard the food and bag.
This is usually due to one of the hooks is not connected to the upper
cover. Please run the vacuum seal cycle without bags first to hook up
