Before any electr cal operat on, please check the supply tens on
shown on the electr c ty meter, the adjustment of the c rcu t- breaker,
the cont nu ty of the connect on to earth to the nstallat on and that the
fuse s su table.
The electr cal connect on to the nstallat on should be made accord ng
to the rated power of the Appl ance; th s should be made v a an Omn
pole cut-out sw tch.
If the appl ance has a socket outlet, t must be nstalled so that the
socket outlet s access ble.
The yellow/green w re of the power supply cable must be connected to
the earth of both power supply and appl ance term nals.
For any quest ons regard ng power supply cord refer to After Sales
Serv ce or a qual f ed techn c an.
If the hob s f tted w th power supply cord, th s shall be connected only
to a power supply of 220-240 V between phase and neutral.
It s however poss ble to connect the hob to:
Three Phase 220-240 V3
Three Phase 380-415 V2N
To proceed to the new connect on, please follow below nstruct ons:
Before mak ng the connect on, make sure that the nstallat on s
protected by a su table fuse, and that t s f tted w th w res of a large
enough sect on to supply the appl ance normally.
Turn over the hob, glass s de aga nst the work ng top, tak ng care to
protect the glass.
Open the cover n the follow ng sequence:

- unscrew the cable clamp "1";
- f nd the two tabs located on the s des;
- put the blade of a flat screw-dr ver n front of each tab "2" e
"3", push n and press;
- remove the cover.
To release the power supply cord:
- Remove the screws reta n ng the term nal block wh ch
conta ns the shunt bars and the conductors of the supply cord;
- Pull out the supply cord.
Operat ons to be carr ed out to make a new connect on:
- Choose the power supply cable n accordance w th the
recommendat ons n the table;
- Pass the power supply cable nto the clamp;
- Str p the end of each conductor of the supply cord on a 10 mm length,
by tak ng n account the requested length of the cord for the
connect on to the term nal block;
- Accord ng to the nstallat on and w th the help of shunt bars wh ch you
should have recovered n the f rst operat on, f x the conductor as
shown on the chart;
- F x the cover;
- Screw the cable clamp.

- Choose the power supply cable n accordance w th the
recommendat ons n the table;
- Pass the power supply cable nto the clamp;
- Str p the end of each conductor of the supply
cord on a 10 mm length, by tak ng n account the
requested length of the cord for the connect on to
the term nal block;
- Accord ng to the nstallat on and w th the help of
shunt bars wh ch you should have recovered n
the f rst operat on, f x the conductor as shown on
the chart;
- F x the cover;
- Screw the cable clamp.
ATTENTION:
If it should be necessary to replace the power supply cord, connect the
wire in accordance with following colors/codes:

5. HOB COOKWARE ADVICE
Using good quality cookware is critical for setting
the best performance from your hob.
• Always use good quality cookware with perfectly flat and thick
bases : using this type of cookware will prevent hot spots that cause
food to stick. Thick metal pots and pans will provide an even
distribution of heat.
• Ensure that the base of the pot or pan is dry : when filling p a n s
with liquid or using one that has been stored in the r e f r i g e r a t o r ,
ensure that the base of the pan is completely dry
the hob. This will help to avoid staining the hob.
